Abstract:
Provided is a method for adjusting an operation frequency of a switched power supply to improve overall power supply operation efficiency of a communication system. The method comprises: a management unit acquiring current load information of a switched power supply in a circuit; the management unit querying, according to the current load information, a pre-stored correspondence relationship table of switching frequencies and efficiency of the switched power supply under different load conditions; and the management unit adjusting an operation frequency of the switched power supply according to a query result. The invention pre-stores an efficiency-to-frequency correspondence table for different loads for a switched power supply in each stage of a system, and during system operations, the operation frequency of the switched power supply in each stage is modified according to a load condition of the system on the basis of the efficiency-to-frequency correspondence table, thereby reducing switching losses in a circuit, and improving efficiency. In addition, the management unit monitors information of the circuit, such as a voltage, a current, a power, and a temperature to ensure that a power supply system is operating in a stable state.
