An operation and maintenance system anomaly index detection model optimization method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The method comprises: classify indexes into periodicity and low fluctuation indexes, periodicity and high fluctuation indexes, and non-periodicity indexes; set an anomaly index detection model corresponding to each index, separately input index data into a corresponding anomaly index detection model, and according to the index category of the index, the anomaly index detection model uses a corresponding method to determine the monitoring interval of an anomaly index, and determines that the index data falling outside the monitoring interval is anomaly data; separately perform processing according to a determining result; repeat parameter replacement and repeatedly determine anomaly data until the amount of detected anomaly data is less than a threshold value; separately and correspondingly calculate an average value of the parameters of each anomaly index detection model in each index category, and use the average value as the parameter of the anomaly index detection model. The method is beneficial for improving the accuracy of the anomaly index detection model.
