Abstract:
Provided is an operation method for a binocular vision system, which method can dynamically adjust a disparity search range and can achieve a high frame rate and a short delay. The method comprises: acquiring a binocular image of the current frame (101); according to the binocular image of the current frame and a disparity search ranges of the current frame, and by taking confidence as a goal, performing disparity calculation in different disparity search ranges, so as to obtain a disparity result, which has the highest confidence, and corresponding disparity search range adjustment information (104); and according to the disparity search range adjustment information, adjusting the disparity search range of the current frame, so as to obtain a disparity search range of the next frame for calculating a disparity result of a binocular image of the next frame (105).
