Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of electronic circuits, and provides an operational amplifier, comprising: a load input pair; a differential input pair connected to the load input pair, a non-inverting input terminal of the differential input pair being connected to a positive input signal and an inverting input terminal being connected to a negative input signal; a control unit configured to generate a first control signal according to the positive input signal, and generate a second control signal according to the negative input signal; and a regulation unit, the regulation unit being connected between the differential input pair and the ground, and selecting, under the control of the first control signal and the second control signal, its own on/off state according to a pressure difference between the positive and negative input signals. The voltage difference between the positive and negative input signals is transferred to the regulation unit to be borne by a high voltage-resistant MOS transistor. Therefore, the source/drain voltage of the input pair constituting the operational amplifier can be within a process-allowable range to ensure that an output voltage after the operational amplifier is normally turned on is stable within a certain range, thus improving the stability of the operational amplifier.
