Abstract:

An ophthalmic composition containing polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene glycol or polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene substituted ethylenediamine with a pharmaceutically acceptable thickening agent and having a viscosity of from 1 to 8 cp at 20 �C. This composition is suitable for wearing solutions, eye drops, washing liquors, preservative solutions, etc. for contact lenses.
