Abstract:
Provided is an ophthalmic drug delivery indwelling needle and catheter system, comprising a Tenon's capsule drug delivery system and/or a conjunctival sac drug delivery system, wherein the Tenon's capsule drug delivery system comprises a Tenon's capsule indwelling needle attached to a drug delivery portion, and the conjunctival sac drug delivery system comprises a conjunctival sac indwelling catheter (16) connected with a drug delivery portion and a tear recovery catheter (12) for recovering the remaining drug solution in the conjunctival sac. The ophthalmic drug delivery indwelling needle and catheter system can be easily placed under the Tenon's capsule or in the conjunctival sac so as to be convenient to be placed in and taken out and stable in placement, and has minimal impact on the eye tissue with high safety. The drug delivery portion comprises a connecting catheter (3), a headband device (2), a liquid medicine pump, a medicine delivery tank and a corresponding customary medicine. The ophthalmic drug delivery indwelling needle and catheter system is fixed to the patient's head in a wearable manner,so as to improve the convenience of drug delivery, and meanwhile, it can be fixed well so as to prevent from falling off, and is beneficial for continuous and controllable drug delivery.
