Abstract:
A control unit 70 of an OCT analysis device 1 acquires a two-dimensional distribution of blood vessel density in the surface layer of the retina of an eye E to be inspected and a two-dimensional distribution of layer thickness. Next, the two-dimensional distribution of blood vessel density is expressed as a contour map (blood vessel analysis map) in which the pixels in a closed section surrounded by contour lines are painted out in colors or densities corresponding to the blood vessel density, and the two-dimensional distribution of layer thickness is expressed as a wire-frame contour map (layer thickness analysis map). Then, a superimposition map is generated by superimposing the blood vessel analysis map and the layer thickness analysis map.
