Abstract:
An ophthalmic pharmaceutical composition, comprising 0.01-1 wt% of atropine sulfate. The ophthalmic pharmaceutical composition has a pH value of 3.5-4.0 and an osmolality of 180-300 mOsm/kg. The ophthalmic pharmaceutical composition can obviously improve the "related substance problem" that the prior art cannot easily overcome. In addition, the composition is simple, and it is not easy to form agglomerates above the micrometer level, which helps to improve the "corneal penetration" of the atropine sulfate molecule.
