Abstract:
[Problem] To compensate the stereoscopic effect of an image to be presented, in accordance with an additional optical system. [Solution] Provided is an ophthalmic surgery microscope system comprising: a surgical microscope with which the interior of an eye is observed through the pupil, and which enlarges a real image and presents the enlarged real image; an additional optical system which is selectively disposed between the surgical microscope and the pupil; an imaging unit which obtains, as an image, the real image presented by the surgical microscope; a presentation unit which stereoscopically presents the image; and a control unit which, according to a detection result regarding the additional optical system, changes a longitudinal magnification control value for adjusting the longitudinal magnification of the real image.
