An optical anti-shake assembly and a lens assembly. The optical anti-shake assembly comprises: a base plate; a first movable plate movably disposed on the base plate; a second movable plate movably disposed on the first movable plate; a first driving module comprising a first SMA wire and a first connecting member, the first connecting member being disposed on the first movable plate, the first SMA wire being bent and having the bending area abutting against the first connecting member, and the first SMA wire being sued for driving the first movable plate to move in an X-axis direction; and a second driving module comprising a second SMA wire and a second connecting member, the second connecting member being disposed on the second movable plate, the second SMA wire being bent and having the bending area abutting against the second connecting member, and the second SMA wire being used for driving the second movable plate to move in a Y-axis direction. In the present application, movement in the X-axis direction and movement in the Y-axis direction are respectively controlled by means of the first SMA wire and the second SMA wire which are bent, thereby improving the control precision.
