An optical assembly (100), a backlight module (1000) and a display device. The optical assembly (100) comprises a lens body (10), a light distribution film (20), and a light source (30); the top of the lens body (10) is provided with a light-emitting surface (12), and the bottom of the lens body (10) is provided with an accommodating groove (111); the light distribution film (20) is arranged on the light-emitting surface (12), at least one bubble layer is formed in the light distribution film (20), and the bubble layer has a bubble structure (21); the light source (30) is disposed in the accommodating groove (111), and a light-emitting surface of the light source (30) faces a groove wall of the accommodating groove (111), thereby resolving light energy which is emitted by the light source (30) and which still presents as strong and concentrated on a front surface and weak and dispersed on a side surface, thus resolving the problems, following projection onto a diffusion plate, of: bright spots or bright and dark rings appearing on a lamp, dark strips between lamp strips, a dark frame at the periphery of the module, and four dark corners.
