Abstract:
An optical assembly and a lidar system. The optical assembly comprises a first lens (100) and a second lens (200) which are sequentially arranged along a transmission direction of light beams and are provided opposite to each other; the first lens has a first shaping surface (100a) and a second shaping surface (100b) that are provided opposite to each other, and the second lens has a third shaping surface (200a) and a fourth shaping surface (200b) that are provided opposite to each other. The first shaping surface and the third shaping surface form a first set of shaping surfaces that collimate the light beams in a first polarization direction; the second shaping surface and the fourth shaping surface form a second set of shaping surfaces that collimate the light beams in a second polarization direction. Two opposite surfaces of the first lens and two opposite surfaces of the second lens are fully used to respectively collimate the light beams in the two polarization directions, thereby reducing the number of lenses. In the first polarization direction, the first shaping surface diffuses the divergence angle of the light beams, and the third shaping surface collimates the light beams emitted by the first lens into parallel light beams, so as to finally shorten the total optical length.
