Abstract:
This optical assembly (13A) for a three-dimensional measurement device is provided with: an optical lens (132A) supported by a lens barrel (133); and an optical device (131) supported by a support structure part. The lens barrel (133) is fixed to the support structure part, and the optical device (131) is disposed on one among a pair of conjugate planes of the optical lens (132A). The support structure part is constructed by a composite structural body in which inter-element distance, which is the axial distance between the optical device (131) and the optical lens (132A), is adjusted according to temperatures by combining at least a first member (134) and a second member (135) that have mutually different linear expansion coefficients. Accordingly, at least a portion of a deviated amount of a focal position of the optical lens (132A) caused by temperatures is cancelled by the inter-element distance varying according to the temperatures.
