Abstract:
Provided in a disclosed embodiment are a bio-chip, and manufacturing and fluid control methods therefor, the bio-chip comprising: a substrate having a plurality of ports through which at least one raw material sample in a fluid state can be supplied, and a flow path channel connecting the plurality of ports; and a metal structure formed to be the same height as the lower surface of the flow path channel, wherein the metal structure generates heat by means of either light or a current applied to a region in which at least one of the plurality of ports is formed, so as to adjust the amount of fluidic evaporation at a corresponding port, thereby controlling fludic flow, and thus fludic flow can be locally and minutely controlled on the basis of changes in the amount of fluidic evaporation, fludic flow can be more precisely controlled by adjusting the wavelength or strength of emitted light, and fludic flow at the plurality of ports can be locally and precisely controlled even with a single light by using an optical mask.
