Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to reduce the size of an optical circuit. An optical circuit according to the present invention and equipped with an optical waveguide circuit having a plurality of input/output ports arranged on a first end surface (31a), and further equipped with a test waveguide (13) for testing the optical waveguide circuit and connected to the optical waveguide circuit, wherein the test waveguide (13) is interrupted at a first end point (13c) positioned on a third end surface (31c) substantially perpendicular to the first end surface (31a).
