Abstract:
An optical circuit (1) comprises: a first optical waveguide (11) that extends in a first direction and that contains diamond as a material; a plurality of second optical waveguides (12) that each contain diamond as a material and include a color center (30), and that are each connected to the first optical waveguide (11) and extend in a direction different from the first direction; and a third optical waveguide (21) that is formed of a material having a refractive index lower than that of diamond, and is connected to the first optical waveguide (11).
