Abstract:
An optical component according to the present invention reflects incident light at a predetermined reflection angle, the optical component comprising: a scanning part (310) having a reflecting surface (312a) and scanning the reflection angle; and a package (320) having a main body part (322) which has a box shape with one surface opened, and a cover part (324) which covers the one surface and through which the incident light and the reflected light are transmitted, the package accommodating the scanning part. The cover part has: at least one base section (332) which has facing surfaces (332a, 332e, 332g) facing the reflecting surface, and rear surfaces (332b, 332f, 332h) opposite to the facing surfaces; and a diffraction lens section (334) which is disposed on at least one of the facing surfaces and the rear surfaces and has a periodic concavo-convex shape to expand the reflection angle.
