Abstract:
According to the present invention, in an optical computing device in which a plurality of microcells provided in a matrix form are arranged by stacking on each other, variations in cell size and position caused by dehydration shrinkage are suppressed. An optical computing device (10) comprises a plurality of optical diffraction layers (L1, L2, L3) stacked on each other. In the optical computing device (10), each of the optical diffraction layers (L1, L2, L3) has a refractive index individually set and includes a plurality of microcells (Cijk) arranged in a matrix form. The plurality of optical diffraction layers (L1, L2, L3) are contained in a dry gel (11).
