Abstract:
In the present invention, in a light-blocking unit (24), introduction reflection surfaces (41) are positioned in the vicinity of the convergence position of a primary diffraction beam on a light axis (J36) of the primary diffraction beam, and in the vicinity of a 0-order diffraction beam aperture (240). The introduction reflection surfaces (41) reflect the primary diffraction beam in a direction away from the incidence direction of the primary diffraction beam so as to diverge from the light axis (J35) of the 0-order diffraction beam. A light guide path (42) has an introduction opening (44), through which light enters from the introduction reflection surfaces (41), and guides the light introduced from the introduction opening (44). The periphery of the light guide path (42) is surrounded by a light-blocking member. A light absorption part (43) absorbs light diffused and guided by the light guide path (42). Thus, leakage of light from the light-blocking unit (24) to the exterior can be suppressed, and an increase in the temperature of the light-blocking unit (24) can be suppressed.
