Abstract:
Provided is an optical device, a wireless endoscope, and an endoscope system which have a thin tubular part and are capable of allowing illumination light to efficiently enter a light guide member inside the tubular part. An optical device (1) comprises a holding part (2) and a tubular part (3), the optical device (1) further including a light source (11), a light guide member (12) formed from a medium that has a refractive index greater than (1), and a light conversion member. The light guide member has a first light guide region (12') that has an incident end face (2a) and a second light guide region (12") that has an emission end face (12b), the incident end face (12a) has a diameter greater than the diameter of the emission end face (12b), and at least a portion of the second light guide region (12") is included in the tubular part.
