Abstract:
This optical device is provided with a first reflection part (101), a second reflection part (102), and a confinement part (103). The first reflection part (101) comprises a thin-wire waveguide type one-dimensional photonic crystal. The second reflection part (102) comprises a thin-wire waveguide-type one-dimensional photonic crystal having a lattice constant different from that of the first reflection part (101). The confinement part (103) is disposed to be sandwiched between the first reflection part (101) and the second reflection part (102). The first reflection part (101), the confinement part (103), and the second reflection part (102) constitute a Fabry-Perot resonator.
