Abstract:
An optical element device 1 is provided with: a photoelectric hybrid board 11 provided with, sequentially in the thickness direction, optical waveguides 14 having mirrors 8 and electrical circuit boards 13 having terminals 7; and optical elements 12 optically connected to the mirrors 8 and electrically connected to the terminals 7. The photoelectric hybrid board 11 is provided with mounting regions 3 which each include, when projected in the thickness direction, the mirrors 8 and the terminals 7 and in which the optical elements 12 are mounted. Further, the photoelectric hybrid board 11 is provided with alignment marks 30 for aligning the optical elements 12 with the mirrors 8. The alignment marks 30 are made of the material forming the optical waveguides 14, and disposed outside the mounting regions 3 in the width direction.
