Abstract:
In a high-temperature heating step (step S3), depending on the reflow processing that is planned, a corresponding heat treatment is carried out and resin curing is substantially completed. Consequently, the progression of resin curing in subsequent reflow processing is suppressed, and changes in the refractive index that occur as resin curing progresses can be prevented. By performing moisture control of a lens unit (10) in a moisture adjusting step (step S6) that follows the high temperature heating step, even an optical element which uses a resin such that refractive index differences are large due to moisture absorption or the like can be made to have the anticipated optical properties, and in addition to the lens unit (10) having the anticipated optical properties, an image pick-up lens (200) can be manufactured.
