Abstract:
The present invention relates to an optical element and a method for manufacturing same. More specifically, the optical element comprises: a lower electrode; an insulating film provided on the lower electrode; upper electrodes provided on the insulating film; and patterns with variable conductivity, which are disposed adjacent to the upper electrodes on the insulating film, respectively. The upper electrodes comprise first and second electrodes which are alternately arranged, the pitch between the first electrodes is equal to the pitch between the second electrodes, each of the second electrodes is disposed between each pair of the adjacent first electrodes, the distance between the second electrode and one of the adjacent first electrodes is a first distance, the distance between the second electrode and the other of the adjacent first electrodes is a second distance, and the second distance is different from the first distance.
