Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: an optical element that can be easily packaged with other structural components; an optical system device using the optical element; and an optical element device manufacturing method. Provided is an optical element having an uneven structure 20 which demonstrates an optical function and which is provided on a boundary surface 11 between a first medium layer 1 having a first refractive index and a second medium layer 2 having a second refractive index higher than the first refractive index. The optical element is characterized by having formed therein adjustment sections 7 that are for creating distance from the uneven structure 20 towards the first medium layer so that the distance is constant with respect to the uneven structure 20.
