Abstract:
A femtosecond laser generator according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a pulse generation unit for converting a continuous-wave laser into an optical pulse train; a burst generation unit for dividing the optical pulse train into multiple burst pulses; a pulse amplification and spectrum expansion unit for amplifying the multiple burst pulses and thereby expanding a spectrum; and a pulse compression unit for compressing the multiple amplified burst pulses and thereby generating a femtosecond laser having a pulse width of 1 picosecond (10-12s) or lower.
