This optical fiber can propagate light of at least some of wavelengths 1000-1100 nm through a core in at least the LP01 mode and the LP11 mode, and is characterized in that the difference between the propagation constant of light in the LP01 mode and the propagation constant of light in the LP11 mode is 1735-4000 rad/m.
