Abstract:
Provided is an optical fibre temperature sensor, comprising: a broadband light source (1), an optical fibre patch cord (2), a first single-mode optical fibre (3), a single-hole dual-core eccentric optical fibre (5), a second single-mode optical fibre (7), a second optical fibre patch cord (8) and a spectrometer (9). Two ends of the optical fibre patch cord (2) are respectively connected to an output end of the broadband light source (1) and one end of the first single-mode optical fibre (3). The broadband light source (1) is used for providing wide-spectrum light. The optical fibre patch cord (2) is used for introducing the wide-spectrum light to the first single-mode optical fibre (3). The other end of the first single-mode optical fibre (3) is connected to one end of the single-hole dual-core eccentric optical fibre (5), and a connection point between the two ends serves as a first fusion point (4). The other end of the single-hole dual-core eccentric optical fibre (5) is connected to one end of the second single-mode optical fibre (7), and a connection point between the two ends serves as a second fusion point (6). The first fusion point (4), the single-hole dual-core eccentric optical fibre (5) and the second fusion point (6) are connected in sequence to form an online Mach-Zehnder interference structure and have an anti-resonance effect on the wide-spectrum light. The other end of the second single-mode optical fibre (7) is connected to one end of the second optical fibre patch cord (8), and the other end of the second optical fibre patch cord (8) is connected to the spectrometer (9). The spectrometer (9) determines, according to an optical signal, the temperature of an environment where the optical fibre temperature sensor is located. High-resolution temperature measurement over a large dynamic range is realized.
