Abstract:
An optical fibre tunable filter, comprising: an optical fibre (1), a ceramic ferrule (2), auto-focus lenses (3), a light filter plate (4), an external optical film coating layer (5), a collimation connecting sleeve (6), and pin connectors (7), the optical fibre (1) penetrating the centre of the ceramic ferrule (2), two ends of the filter respectively being provided with an auto-focus lens (3) to implement focusing and coupling of an optical signal, the light filter plate (4) being arranged in the cross section of the ceramic ferrule (2), the ceramic ferrule (2) and optical fibre (1) end face implementing grinding and polishing, the external optical film coating layer (5) being attached to the ceramic ferrule (2) and optical fibre (1) end face by means of optical film coating, the collimation connecting sleeve (6) being sleeved over the ceramic ferrule (2), and the pin connectors (7) being mounted on both sides of the filter. Manufacturing the present optical fibre tunable filter is simple, costs are low, quality is reliable, and assembly and operation by engineering personnel is convenient, thus meeting the requirements for mass production and customer demand for low cost products.
