Abstract:
An optical instrument (910) for a miniature multi-photon microscope, an imaging system, and an imaging method. The optical instrument (910) is provided with a fluorescence excitation light path (400) and a fluorescence collection light path (500). The optical instrument (910) comprises: a condenser lens (310), the condenser lens (310) comprising a first lens group (311) and a second lens group (312) which are separated, the first lens group (311) being located in the fluorescence collection light path (500), the second lens group (312) being located in the fluorescence excitation light path (400) and the fluorescence collection light path (500), and the second lens group (312) being closely connected to a microscope objective lens (370). The present invention can improve the scattered fluorescence collection efficiency of miniature multi-photon microscopes, thereby increasing the imaging signal-to-noise ratio and imaging depth for observation of test specimens (380) having scattering characteristics.
