Abstract:
The optical laminate (100B1) has a first optical sheet (10a) having a first main surface (12s) having a relief structure and a second main surface (18s) opposite the first main surface, and an adhesive layer (20b) disposed on the first main surface side of the first optical sheet. The relief structure includes a plurality of recessed portions (14) and flat portions (10s) between adjacent recessed portions among the plurality of recessed portions. The adhesive layer contacts the flat portions. The surface of the adhesive layer and the first main surface of the first optical sheet define an inner space (14a) within each of the plurality of recessed portions. When the maximum height of the adhesive layer present within the recessed portion is taken as A, the minimum height of the adhesive layer present within the recessed portion is taken as B, and the depth of the recessed portion is taken as C, each of the plurality of recessed portions satisfies 0.10 ≦ (C - A)/C ≦ 1.00 and 0.75 ≦ (C - A)/(C - B).
