Abstract:
Provided is a lens mounting structure which enables reduction in the number of positioning holes (21) in an LED substrate (20) without increasing alignment errors between LEDs (10) on the LED substrate (20) and lenses (30) fixed to housings (40). A lens mounting structure according to the present invention comprises: an LED substrate (20) having mounted thereon a plurality of LEDs (10) and having positioning holes (21), the number of which is the same as that of a plurality of housings (40); the plurality of housings (40) that have protrusion parts (41) to be engaged with the respective positioning holes (21) and that are disposed on the LED substrate (20); lenses (30) fixed to the respective housings (40); and a cover (60) for holding the lenses (30) and light emitting sides of the housings (40). The housings (40) are connected to the adjoining housings (40) by connection parts (42), (43), and are positioned through the engagement between the positioning holes (21) and the protrusion parts (41) and through the connection by the connection parts (42), (43). The positioned state is held by the cover (60).
