Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of microphones, in particular to an optical microphone. The optical microphone comprises a shell, a photoelectric module, a micro-electro-mechanical module and an integrated circuit module, wherein the shell is provided with an inner cavity and a sound inlet which enables the inner cavity to be in communication with the outside; the photoelectric module is arranged in the inner cavity and comprises a light generator module and a light detector module; the micro-electro-mechanical module is arranged in the inner cavity, covers the sound inlet, and comprises an optical grating and a flexible diaphragm; the integrated circuit module is arranged in the inner cavity and is electrically connected to the photoelectric module; the flexible diaphragm and the optical grating are arranged spaced apart from each other and close to the sound inlet in the incident direction of sound waves, and a reflecting layer is respectively arranged on the side of the flexible diaphragm and the side of the optical grating that face the photoelectric module; the sound inlet is provided in the shell wall of one side of the shell; the photoelectric module is arranged on the shell wall of the shell that is opposite the sound inlet; some light emitted by the light generator module is diffracted by the optical grating, then irradiates the flexible diaphragm and is reflected back to the light detector module by means of the flexible diaphragm, and the rest of the light is reflected back to a photoelectric detection module by means of the reflecting layer of the optical grating.
