Abstract:
The present disclosure provides an optical module aging test apparatus, comprising: a heating module, the heating module being configured to heat an optical module to be tested, and the optical module comprising a light emitting sub-module and a light receiving sub-module; a test signal providing module, the test signal providing module being configured to provide a test signal to the light emitting sub-module to enable the light emitting sub-module to convert the test signal into an optical signal, so that the light receiving sub-module can convert the optical signal into an electrical signal; and a monitoring module, the monitoring module being configured to determine whether the optical module is qualified according to parameters of the optical module in a working state. The optical module aging test apparatus can perform an online aging test on the optical module, thus improving the accuracy of the test result.
