Abstract:
An optical module and a head-mounted display device. The optical module comprises a third lens (5), a polarizing reflective film, a second lens (4), and a first lens (3) that are sequentially arranged; a first quarter-wave plate is provided at any position between the third lens (5) and the first lens (3); a light splitting element is provided at the side of the first lens (3) furthest from the second lens (4); the refractive indexes of the first lens (3) and the second lens (4) are both less than the refractive index of the third lens (5); the chromatic dispersion coefficient of the first lens (3) is greater than the chromatic dispersion coefficient of the second lens (4), and the chromatic dispersion coefficient of the second lens (4) is greater than the chromatic dispersion coefficient of the third lens (5). By matching the different refractive indexes and chromatic dispersion coefficients of the first lens (3), the second lens (4), and the third lens (5), chromatic aberration is effectively reduced and imaging definition is improved.
