Abstract:
An optical module (200), comprising a circuit board (300) provided with a via (320), and a photoelectric chip (310) arranged on the circuit board (300), wherein the via (320) comprises a first via pad (321), a metal column (322), a second via pad (323) and an anti-pad (324), the first and second via pads (321, 323) being respectively arranged on different layers of the circuit board (300), two ends of the metal column (322) being respectively connected to the first and second via pads (321, 323), and the anti-pad (324) being wrapped around the outer side of the second via pad (323); a signal pad of the photoelectric chip (310) is connected to the first via pad (321) by means of high-speed differential pair wiring (600), and the second via pad (323) is connected to wiring in the circuit board (300); the circuit board (300) is provided with a plurality of hollow hole groups (326) that penetrate the first via pad (321) and the anti-pad (324), and the hollow hole groups (326) are respectively located around the via (320); and each hollow hole group (326) comprises a plurality of hollow holes, each of which has no conductive medium inside. The design of the hollow holes reduces the effective dielectric constant of a medium around the via, thereby achieving the purpose of increasing the impedance of the via.
