Abstract:
An optical path modulator (41) and a manufacturing method, an image recognition sensor (130) and an electronic device (100). The optical path modulator (41) comprises: a substrate (1) on which light acquisition paths (11) are formed, and a non-transmissive layer (2). The non-transmissive layer (2) covers the surface of the substrate (1) other than the light acquisition paths (11). The non-transmissive layer (2) can effectively block a light signal from entering the substrate (1) of the optical path modulator (41), so that an effective light block is formed between the light acquisition paths (11), so as to avoid interference of the light signals in the light acquisition paths (11), thereby ensuring image contrast, effectively improving the quality of optical imaging.
