Abstract:
An optical waveguide device (320) and an optical device (300). The optical waveguide device (320) comprises a first optical waveguide arm (322) and a second optical waveguide arm (324). The second optical waveguide arm (324) comprises a first electric control phase regulation region (327), which is configured to regulate the phase of a second light beam (116) on the basis of a received first voltage, such that a first value of the power ratio under the condition that a first light beam (114) and the second light beam (116) have a first wavelength is basically equal to a second value thereof under the condition that the first light beam (114) and the second light beam (116) have a second wavelength, the power ratio representing the ratio of the power after interference of the first light beam and the second light beam emitted at a first emitting end (232) and a second emitting end (234) to the sum of the powers of the first light beam and the second light beam at a first incident end (212) and a second incident end (214), and the first wavelength being different from the second wavelength. The first electric control phase regulation region (327) can eliminate the wavelength sensitivity of output optical power ratio, thereby enhancing the working bandwidth of optical waveguide devices.
