Abstract:

A retention body 505 has a first lateral wall part 505a and a second lateral wall part 505b, and a portion of a surface 803b of a substrate 502 on the side opposite to a mounting surface 803 thereof is fixed to the retention body 505 via an adhesive. The first lateral wall part 505a has formed therein an insertion hole 801 that faces a corner section 502as of the substrate 502 in a width direction of the substrate 502, while the second lateral wall part 505b also has formed therein an insertion hole 801 that faces a corner section 502bs of the substrate 502.
