Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an optical product or the like which exhibits reflection-prevention performance while entailing a small number of material types for film formation and involving a simple film configuration, resulting in easy film formation, low cost, and sufficient heat-resistance. [Solution] An optical product obtained by providing one or both surfaces of a substrate with an optical multilayer film having a five-layered structure obtained by alternatingly layering SiO2 and ZrO2, wherein given that the layer nearest the substrate in the optical multilayer film is the first layer, the quotient obtained by dividing the physical film thickness of the fourth layer, which is ZrO2, by the physical film thickness of the second layer, which is also ZrO2, is 1-4, inclusive.
