Abstract:
[Problem] To provide, inter alia, an optical product in which reflectance is relatively increased with respect to both near-infrared rays and light of a prescribed wavelength region within the visible light region starting from blue light, and in which reflectance is reduced with respect to light in other visible light regions. [Solution] This optical product is provided with an optical multilayer film formed on one or both surfaces of a substrate either directly or with an intermediate film interposed therebetween. In the optical multilayer film, a total of nine layers are laminated such that SiO2 layers and ZrO2 layers are alternatingly disposed, a SiO2 layer being the first layer away from the substrate. Taking λ (500 nm) to be the design wavelength, the optical film thickness of the first, SiO2 layer is 0.120 × λ/4 or lower, the optical film thickness of the second, ZrO2 layer is 0.400 × λ/4 or higher, the optical film thickness of the third, SiO2 layer is 0.230 × λ/4 or higher, and the optical film thickness of the seventh, SiO2 layer is 0.450 × λ/4 or higher.
