Abstract:
At least one surface of an optical sheet 43 has a shape having protrusions and recesses. Using a flat surface that occurs when the shape having protrusions and recesses is virtually removed as a virtual plane, when the surface having a shape having protrusions and recesses included at each position of minute regions having a predetermined projected area with respect to the virtual plane is plane-approximated while the minute regions are offset two-dimensionally and at equal intervals along the virtual plane, and the inclination angle formed by the plane-approximated plane and the virtual plane is determined, the ratio of the total area of minute regions in which the inclination angle is 30° or greater with respect to the total area of the minute regions at each position is 30% or greater.
