Abstract:
An optical unit direct leading-down structure of an OPPC optical cable (1) and a construction method for the optical unit direct leading-down structure. The optical unit direct leading-down structure is provided with an OPPC optical cable (1), a pre-twisted wire assembly (3), a first connection fitting (4), a second connection fitting (6), an insulator string (7), and an electric connection jumper (8), and is also provided with an optical unit leading-out connector (2). By means of the structure, a plastic pipe optical unit (11) of the OPPC optical cable (1) hung at a high altitude can be separated and directly lead down, and moreover, the structure is suitable for the OPPC optical cable (1) of which the plastic pipe optical unit (11) is provided at an arbitrary position in the OPPC optical cable (1). By the construction method, connection between the OPPC optical cable (1) and the optical unit leading-out connector (2), connection and installation of the pre-twisted wire assembly (3), the first connection fitting (4), a remaining cable rack (5), the second connection fitting (6), and the insulator string (7), and winding of a remaining cable segment (16) can be completed on the ground, then the OPPC optical cable is pulled to a high altitude and connected to a cross arm of an iron tower or a telegraph pole, and finally, the plastic pipe optical unit (11) is directly lead down. The construction method has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in construction.
