Abstract:
The present invention enables, even when performing drive correction on an optical unit mounted on a thin terminal, driving the optical unit to an angle equal to or greater than the thickness of a housing.  This optical unit driving device comprises: a housing; an optical unit; a frame which supports the optical unit; and a transferring mechanism for moving the frame to a first position in the housing and a second position protruding from the housing. When the optical unit is situated at the second position, the frame supports the optical unit in such a manner as to allow the optical unit to swivel at least in one of a pitching direction, a yawing direction, or a rolling direction.
