Abstract:
An objective optical unit 46 comprises: an observation optical system that includes a fixed lens (a front group lens 65 and a rear group lens 66) and a moving lens (a moving group lens 67); a fixed frame (a front group lens frame 55, a rear group lens frame 56, and a coil holding frame 57) that holds the fixed lens; a moving lens frame 58 that is provided in the coil holding frame 57, holds the moving group lens 67, and moves in a direction along an imaging optical axis O of the observation optical system; first films 71, 73 that are oxidation reaction prevention layers respectively formed on sliding surfaces of the coil holding frame 57 and the moving lens frame 58 sliding over each other to prevent corrosion of the sliding surfaces; and second films 72, 74 that are stress relaxation layers interposed between the sliding surfaces on which the first films 71, 73 are formed and the first films 71, 73 to prevent cracking of the first films 71, 73.
