Abstract:
This optical unit 1 comprises: a relay optical system 5 for relaying a primary imaging plane created by an optical microscope 2 to a secondary imaging plane in an imaging device 3; an optical element holder 6 arranged on the optical axis within the relay optical system 5; a field lens arrangement portion 7 for arranging a field lens 16 in front of the optical element holder 6 on the optical axis; and a Bertrand lens insertion/removal portion 8 for arranging a Bertrand lens 19 that can be inserted into and removed from the optical axis behind the optical element holder 6.
