Disclosed is an optical unit with a shake correction function which is capable of suppressing interference with swinging of a movable module due to the rigidity of a wiring material and a repelling force generated when the wiring material is deformed, even when the wiring material is extended from the movable module. The optical unit (100) uses a flexible wiring board (400) as the wiring material for electrically interconnecting the movable module (300) and outside. In the flexible wiring board (400), the connecting portion (450) of a movable-side connecting section (430) and an extending unit (440) is provided, in the optical axis direction (L), on a side where the swing center (O1) of the movable module (300) is positioned with respect to the position (O2) of the center of supporting a spring member (600) to the movable module (300). The swing center (O1), the connecting portion (450), and a fixed-side connecting section (420) are at the same position in the optical axis direction (L).
