An optical waveguide apparatus for an AR device and a method for manufacturing the optical waveguide apparatus, and the AR device. The optical waveguide apparatus comprises an optical waveguide substrate (1), a coupling-in area (2), and a coupling-out area (3); the coupling-in area (2) is provided with a first grating for coupling incident light into the optical waveguide substrate (1); the coupling-out area (3) is provided with a second grating for coupling out light from the optical waveguide substrate (1) after two-dimensional expansion; the first grating has a coupling-in grating vector; the second grating has a first coupling-out grating vector and a second coupling-out grating vector which intersect each other; respective grating cell arrays of the first grating and the second grating are substantially parallel in one dimension direction and have the same period; the first coupling-out grating vector and the second coupling-out grating vector have an substantially equal magnitude and are symmetric with respect to the coupling-in grating vector, and thus form an isosceles triangle together with the coupling-in grating vector.
