Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide an optical waveguide member having excellent productivity,
an optical wiring board including the optical waveguide member, an optical wiring
module including the optical wiring board and an optical semiconductor element,
a display device including the optical waveguide member, and a method for manufacturing
the optical waveguide member and the optical wiring board. [MEANS FOR SOLVING
PROBLEMS] A method for manufacturing an optical waveguide member is provided
with a step of preparing a transfer member (26), which has a transfer sheet (26a)
and a metal film (26b) and holds the transfer sheet (26a) and the metal film (26b)
in a peelable state; a step of forming a first clad layer (6) on the metal film (26b)
on the transfer member (26); a step of laminating a core layer (7) on the first clad
layer (6) for propagating light; and a step of forming a laminated body on the core
layer (7) by laminating a second clad layer (8) which covers the core layer (7).
The laminated body includes the first clad layer (6), the core layer (7) and a second
clad layer (8).
