Abstract:
An optical-waveguide-type soft optical driver based on a micro-nano optical fiber (1). The optical-waveguide-type soft optical driver comprises: a micro-nano optical fiber (1), a first deformation material film (2) and a second deformation material film (3), wherein one end of the micro-nano optical fiber (1) is provided with a transition region and a waist region, and the transition region and the waist region are encapsulated in the first deformation material film (2); one side of the first deformation material film (2) is provided with and covered by the second deformation material film (3); the first deformation material film (2) or the second deformation material film (3) is doped with a photothermal conversion material; the refractive index of the first deformation material film (2) is less than the refractive index of a fiber core of the micro-nano optical fiber (1); and thermal expansion coefficients of the first deformation material film (2) and the second deformation material film (3) are different. By means of the driver, the defect of a spatial optical-type driver being easily limited by a space environment can be overcome; and the driver has the advantages of a large deformation amplitude, a quick response speed, etc., and is convenient for application in the fields of soft robots, intelligent grasping, in-vivo surgery, etc.
